Your contact and property details

Prospects forms load automatically when their page or form is displayed. They may load Mixpanel and Google Analytics; this website’s privacy settings do not control the provider’s tools. The forms displayed here are hosted by Prospects. Loading a form connects your browser to that provider, which receives your IP address and connection information. Contact details, project or property information and messages you submit are processed by Prospects for Dimitri in his CRM. A specific property’s listing reference may be included automatically. Other details prepared on this website are sent only if you copy them into the form. Prospects displays its own confirmations and errors; this website does not issue a CRM confirmation number. Retention of submitted information depends on the practices of Prospects and Dimitri. The market report is a separate subscription request. It does not sign you up for browser notifications.

Saved properties on your device

With your permission, selected properties are stored only on this device between visits. Declining this option removes favourites that this site previously saved in browser storage. Without permission, favourites remain only in memory. They disappear when you reload or close the page, or navigate with a full page load. Privacy choices last six months. Search filters are reflected in the page address and this tab’s session; avoid entering personal information there. You can change your privacy settings and clear saved data at any time. The 30-minute expiry applies only to browser-side inquiry context, not submission receipts or emailed content.

Inquiry context can be used for 30 minutes to prefill the form. After that, it is no longer reused and its stored copy is removed when the page is active or returns to the foreground. Text already present in an open form remains available. Navigation filters are separate and may remain in the page address and tab session. Contact details you enter are not saved in this context.

Hosting, images and maps

Hosting and image delivery use connection information needed to display the website. Prospects forms connect directly to that provider and share your IP address, browser information and data you submit. OpenStreetMap maps require your permission. Google address search and Street View require explicit permission. After that permission is checked, address queries pass through the website server to Google from the first character typed; Google receives the query and the server’s IP address. Displaying Street View shares your IP address and connection information directly with Google. An email link uses your email app and provider. External services, including Prospects and RE/MAX Québec when their content is displayed, apply their own privacy practices.

Browser notifications

These promotional notifications announce new Québec properties for sale. After you allow notifications in the site's privacy choice, your browser may show its own Allow or Block request; blocking or dismissing it creates no subscription. You can change browser permission and retry later. With your permission, the site privately stores your browser's push endpoint, locale and consent date and time for up to 183 days; your browser's push provider processes delivery. The site administrator chooses which listings trigger alerts and how often they are sent. You can unsubscribe at any time on the Property Alerts page or in Privacy Settings. Notification permission applies to this browser and this website.

Your choices

You can browse without submitting a form, edit or clear information before submitting it, call Dimitri, or write from your email app. Contact, buying and valuation requests do not sign you up for the market report or browser notifications; these are separate choices. Manual address entry remains available. You can disable Google features and leave OpenStreetMap disabled; saved refusals are respected. You can allow or refuse favourites storage between visits. Refusing removes favourites this site previously saved. Without permission, favourites stay only in memory and disappear on reload, closing the page or navigation that fully reloads it. You can change your choices in Privacy settings. You can also contact Dimitri directly by phone or email. Prospects forms load automatically when displayed, independently of the website settings.
